A guide to make Picture Day run smoothly:

I will honor your time by arriving 15-30 minutes before your scheduled start time. It is important that you arrive on time to prevent any mishaps or cause your session to feel "rushed". If you arrive to your appointment more than 15-minutes later than your scheduled start time, you may be asked to reschedule and forfeit your deposit cost.

In certain instances your start time may be extended beyond 15 minutes but your end time will remain the same. In addition, a late fee of $35 will be applied to your session costs & must be paid prior to the release of your initial link.

Please arrive at your session fully prepared to be photographed. This includes being fully dressed and having applied any lotions, make-up, hair items, etc.

Bring additional shoes to slip into in case your session requires a considerable amount of walking

Consider bringing items that represent who you are and tell a story about your session and personality. Examples: Balloons, Photos of a loved one that has passed, Sporting Equipment, Cap & Gown (Graduation Sessions), Items that signify your talent(s) or hobby(ies), etc.

Bring additional make-up for touch-ups

A make-up sponge or cloth to damp for moisture and oil is encouraged

Bring water or a cool drink during warmer weather

Be sure to feed children before the session

Pack your props and add-ons for your session the night before (put them in your car if safely possible)

Bring additional clothes for different looks, a change of outfit is encouraged for sessions that exceed 30-Minutes.

It is not appropriate to arrive to your session under the influence of alcohol or any controlled substance (unless prescribed by a Physician). Your session will be terminated immediately if this policy is not followed.
